Remote Support

As part of our ongoing commitment to customer service, we are excited to announce remote support. If you are having trouble with accessing email, WTVE, or any other computer-based feature provided by, or connected with, our services, you can follow these simple steps to get immediate support:

Step 1. Call 784-5000 and speak with a customer service representative about your issue
Step 2. Visit http://click1support.screenconnect.com (or click the button below) and follow the prompts to download the software
Step 3. Listen for your CSR to provide you with a unique code to initiate a remote support session that will give our CSR control of your computer
Step 4. Sit back and watch as our CSR troubleshoots your problems and potentially solves them without needing to send a technician
